The Materials Management Technician assists the manager in the procurement for all supplies in the hospital with the exception of food and drugs. The responsibility of the position includes receiving of supplies, distribution of supplies, and assisting with maintenance of the proper par levels. 
Required Skills: 
<ul>
<li>High school graduate or equivalent</li>
<li>Two years minimum purchasing experience in a health care environment preferred</li>
<li>Customer service focus</li>
<li>Type minimum of 40 wpm preferred</li>
<li>Computer experience required</li>
<li>Able to deal tactfully with public and other staff members</li>
<li>Must possess the ability to prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul></div>
