This position is primarily an overnight shift from 10:00 PM &ndash; 6:00 AM (8-hour shift), though occasional daytime coverage may be needed. We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, and able to work independently while ensuring our guests receive exceptional service.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet guests and provide excellent customer service</li><li>Check guests in and out of the hotel</li><li>Answer phones and make reservations</li><li>Process payments and balance daily transactions</li><li>Complete nightly audit procedures accurately and on time</li><li>Prepare breakfast items and set up the breakfast area for kitchen staff</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized front desk, lobby, and common areas overnight</li><li>Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally</li><li>Communicate effectively with management and other departments</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred, but not required</li><li>Must be dependable and have reliable transportation</li><li>Strong computer skills and ability to learn hotel software</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and work independently</li><li>Must have a strong eye for detail and accuracy&mdash;this position requires handling payments, reports, and nightly balancing procedures</li><li>Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed</li></ul>What We're Looking For:We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping people, and understands that the little details matter.
