This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and customer support skills in a dynamic setting.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools</li><li>Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Maintain office supplies inventory and perform basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software</li><li>Support administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and organizing files while ensuring confidentiality</li><li>Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with courteous phone etiquette and professionalism</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>MUST HAVE WYNDHAM EXPERIENCE</li><li>Proven experience in office management, clerical roles, or as a receptionist within medical or dental settings preferred</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and general office software</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client populations</li><li>Previous experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and administrative support is essential</li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette</li><li>Ability to perform typing tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy; proofreading skills are a plus</li><li>Familiarity with bookkeeping or basic accounting software such as QuickBooks is advantageous</li><li>Strong time management skills coupled with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively</li></ul>Join us as a Front Desk Agent to be the friendly face that keeps our operations running smoothly!
