Must be able to work weekends.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of our establishment</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently</li><li>Check guests in and out using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction</li><li>Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, concierge services, and special accommodations</li><li>Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns with empathy and resolving issues swiftly</li><li>Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy</li><li>Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred</li><li>Bilingual or multilingual skills to serve diverse guest populations effectively</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude</li><li>Knowledge of front desk procedures, including check-in/out processes and guest relations</li><li>Experience with hotel management software or property management systems (PMS) is a plus</li><li>Ability to handle night audit responsibilities and perform administrative tasks efficiently</li></ul>This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on creating welcoming environments.
