<b>Position Overview</b><br>
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Entry-Level Cosmetic Chemist to join our lab team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cosmetic chemistry and eager to gain real-world experience in a professional lab setting. You will primarily support batching of lab-scale formulations for both liquid and powder cosmetics, with opportunities to grow into more advanced formulation and R&amp;D roles as you develop.<br>

<b>Key Responsibilities</b>
</div><ul><li>Prepare lab-scale batches of color cosmetics (liquids and powders) following approved formulations</li>
<li>Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials accurately using lab equipment (e.g., scales, mixers, mills)</li>
<li>Follow written procedures and SOPs precisely for consistent batch results</li>
<li>Record batch data, process notes, and any observations or deviations</li>
<li>Assist with texture and color adjustments under chemist supervision</li>
<li>Clean and maintain lab equipment and workspace per safety and hygiene standards</li>
<li>Support the R&amp;D team with sample preparation, testing, and organization</li>
<li>Help maintain raw material inventory and lab supplies</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to meet daily batching and development goals</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow directions closely</li>
<li>Interest or experience in color cosmetics (liquids and powders) is a plus</li>
<li>Comfortable working with cosmetic lab equipment and handling raw materials</li>
<li>Reliable, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods</li>
