he Functional Family Therapist provides in-home Functional Family Therapy (FFT/FFT-CW) to youth and families to reduce family conflict, strengthen protective factors, and prevent out-of-home placement. Services are delivered in alignment with the FFT model, philosophy, and fidelity standards.We are looking for a Functional Family Therapist who must have:<ul><li>Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.</li><li>Two (2) years&rsquo; experience providing family-based or in-home clinical services.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, engagement, and crisis intervention skills.</li><li>Valid Florida driver&rsquo;s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.</li></ul>Job duties and responsibilities include:<ul><li>Deliver weekly, home-based, family sessions using the FFT or FFT-CW model.</li><li>Maintain a caseload of up to 12 families, serving each for approximately 3-4 months.</li><li>Participate in the 24/7 crisis support rotation, providing phone-based assistance and coordination for families experiencing urgent needs.</li><li>Assess, plan, and intervene using FFT principles: engagement, motivation, behavior change, and generalization.</li><li>Participate in weekly supervision and team consultations with the FFT Consultant and Program Director.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and timely data entry in CSS.</li><li>Represent the FFT program in community outreach and partnership activities.</li><li>Collaborate with referral sources, schools, courts, and community providers to support treatment goals.</li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned.</li></ul>BAYS is a drug-free workplace. Family Functional Therapist $56k/yr.

The Case Manager gathers information from the youth and family to develop and monitor the case plan. The Case Manager role requires to pay attention to detail, time management, and communication skills to engage the family and work with other agencies and/or stakeholders.We are looking for a Case Manager who must have:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree, or an Associate&rsquo;s degree with two years of experience working with youth. A combination of education and appropriate experience can be substituted for degree.</li><li>Two years&rsquo; experience in youth and family case management and/or counseling. Familiarity with Juvenile Justice System and community resources preferred.</li><li>Must possess a valid Florida Driver&rsquo;s License and Auto Insurance.</li></ul>Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Utilize and update internal electronic databases continuously and consistently with requirements, case details, etc.</li><li>Electronically document, in detail, all case and field notes within 72 hours, utilizing the Juvenile Justice Information System.</li><li>Make appropriate referrals to community agencies and follow-up within timeframe defined by Quality Improvement Standards.</li><li>Communicate with team and maintain knowledge of all available community resources, classes, and groups. Attend and facilitate client classes as required.</li><li>Use discretion to close cases successfully or unsuccessfully.</li><li>Manage daily work schedule and work independently in the field without direct supervision.</li><li>Perform all other related duties as assigned</li></ul>Job Essentials:<ul><li>Manage assigned case load of diverted youth by providing supervision to youth through individual, collateral, and family contacts.</li><li>Complete program entry paperwork on all youth within timeframe defined by Standard Operating Procedures.</li><li>Ensure that youth is complying with all sanctions and goals as outlined on their plan,</li><li>Schedule and attend school related staffing, when needed.</li><li>Maintain contact with all collateral services and Juvenile Justice Probation Officers as needed and within timeframe defined by Quality Improvement Standards.</li><li>Required to drive daily for client visits, school checks and meetings.</li></ul>BAYS is a drug-free workplace.
