 As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
 
 
 
 In this role, you will:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify new clients through effective networking, competitor and government registration sites
 </li>
 <li>
 Sign up new and older (expired or cancelled) real estate accounts that are not currently subscribed to 								a Bayut &amp; dubizzle property corporate account
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure clients' full advertising commitment to both Bayut &amp; dubizzle and its competitors are well 								documented at the time of signing contracts
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner effectively with Sales Support to ensure efficient completion of client on-boarding processes. 								Ensure all necessary documentation is made available to Sales Support prior to submission of signed 								contracts
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all new clients are trained in maximizing the tools they have signed up for in a timely manner 								and that all clients attend the Bayut &amp; dubizzle on-boarding training program necessary for their 								optimal and successful utilization of our services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistently and continuously monitor client &lsquo;health and quality metrics' ensuring they are in line 								with management's expectations and to ensure efficient use of service and no malpractice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively to manage clients' expectations to ensure they receive a great service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet or exceed performance targets stipulated by your line manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep up to date with property laws and local real estate development news
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly updating reporting dashboard to track all sales activities
 </li>
 
 
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A minimum of secondary education. Bachelor's degree is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid UAE driving license is required
 </li>
 <li>
 Requires a minimum of 1.5 - 2 years' experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of sales processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuing to build knowledge of the business, financials, products/services, the 										market, and account needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to deliver excellent customer experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to learn new products over time
 </li>

 As the Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating and developing clear, engaging, and impactful content that supports the organisation's goals. Your role will involve researching target audiences, producing compelling written materials across various platforms, and ensuring all content reflects the brand's voice and objectives. You will collaborate with other content creators and teams to plan, write, and publish content while analysing performance metrics to enhance effectiveness. Additionally, you will drive creativity and ensure all output aligns with industry standards and audience needs

 In this role, you will:

 Translate complex product, technical, and operational content into clear, accurate, and engaging Arabic tailored to the target audience
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce original Arabic content or translate one, including press releases, newsletters, articles, B2B emails, website and app copy, and other communications materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and relevance while maintaining clarity and readability for users
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing and design, to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and technical specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain consistency in style, tone, terminology, and messaging across all Arabic content
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply SEO best practices where relevant to enhance visibility and engagement on digital platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, clarity and cultural appropriateness before publication
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in maintaining content databases, style guides, and reference materials to support ongoing content creation
 </li>
 <li>
 Adapt content for multiple channels and formats while ensuring it meets the organisation's standards and user expectations
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, PR, Linguistics, media&nbsp; or a similar field
 </li>
 <li>
 2+&nbsp; years of industry experience as a writer/translator
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in using content management systems CMS platforms like WordPress
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in B2B writing
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience doing research using multiple sources
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with research, PR writing and marketing techniques
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent writing and editing skills in Arabic.&nbsp;
 </li>
