 As an Associate Product Designer at Bayut and dubizzle, you will play a pivotal role in the early stages of the product design process. You will contribute towards crafting the aesthetics and user experience of our digital products under the guidance of a Lead Designer. You will understand how we translate user needs and business goals into innovative, robust digital products.
 
 
 
 In this role, you will:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in developing and designing intuitive and user-centred software products under the supervision of a lead designer
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in the design process from conceptualization to final execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage existing product design processes to effectively move projects and tasks continuously forward
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute towards the definition of user interface design standards for the product
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional partners on one or more product teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Help refine concepts based on feedback and user validation
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a similar field
 </li>
 <li>
 1+ years of experience in product design, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 An understanding of typography, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and interactive prototyping tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong in one functional area of design, while beginning to gain experience in others
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to construct basic prototypes that demonstrate feature functionality
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to articulate basic problem/solution space using documentation frameworks
 </li>
 <li>
 Passionate about design and the broader digital product landscape
 </li>
 <li>
 Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, team-based environment
 </li>

 Strong problem-solving abilities
 </li>

Associate Product Designer

 As an Operations Support Executive, you will be responsible for&nbsp;managing customer queries and complaints and providing product support and information to the clients. You will also process contracts and legal documents, making modifications on the client packages/order and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 In this role, you will:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Communicating with clients through various channels providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Processing contracts and legal documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Keeping record of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
 </li>
 
 
 </ul>
 
 Requirements

 A minimum of secondary education
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably Undergraduate in business
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Support role
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of ticketing systems and Customer support practices
 </li>

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 </li>

 </li>
