 As a Sales Account Manager your purpose is to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. They are responsible for developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. They cultivate strong relationships with customers and ensure proper after-sales service. Ultimately, he/she will boost sales and contribute to Bayut long-term business growth.
 
 
 
 In this role, you will:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively to manage clients' expectations and ensure they receive a great Bayut experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve monthly (Targets renewal and acquisition with consistency)
 </li>
 <li>
 Become an expert on the Egyptian Real Estate market through combining the on-ground insights with Bayut's high level overview and data
 </li>
 <li>
 Increase our market share by selling our products to new customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and arrange meetings with clients for acquisition, renewals, upgrade
 </li>
 <li>
 Increase our client satisfaction by performing account management services with them
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly update reporting dashboard to reflect all sales activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, legal and Marketing department for any sales-related or client-related issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect market insights and keep up to date with laws and local development news
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in marketing or sales or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent in English Communication written and speak
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of relevant sales experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Has a successful record in exceeding or achieving the assigned targets consistently
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in farming and cold calls
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of the real estate market in Egypt
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of the Subscription industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with tech, ecommerce
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with Prop tech, Market place, Facebook, and other digital platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent in prospecting, cold calls and generating leads
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, time management and presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent in converting lead into paying customer
 </li>
 <li>
