Position Summary</i></b></p><p><b><i>
Position:</i></b><i> Car Sales Associate (New or Used)</i></p><p><b><i>
Classification</i></b><i> : Full Time; Exempt (Commission Base)</i></p><p><b><i>
Reports To</i></b><i>: General Manager</i></p><p><b><i>
Work Location</i></b>: In person; Pasadena, TX 77503</p><p></p><p><b><i><br>
Essential Duties include but are not limited to:</i></b></p><ul><li>
Stay up to date and knowledgeable of Kia products, services, and inventory</li><li>
Utilize marketing tools and networking to build customer base</li><li>
Determine each customer's needs by utilizing the Customer Needs Analysis Process</li><li>
Select, Present and Demonstrate vehicles per the Vehicle Selection Presentation and Demonstration Process</li><li>
Seek Customer Agreement to purchase/lease a vehicle per the Customer Agreement Process</li><li>
Encourage repeat and referral business as well as customer satisfaction by utilizing our client Relation Management (CRM) tool</li><li>
Deliver new vehicles per the established Vehicle Delivery Process</li><li>
 Introducing and educating the buyer to the Dealership Service and Parts Department to ensure they continue to return with all their service needs</li><li>
 Clearly understand and communicate vehicle equity, values, and trade in options to customers</li><li>
Understand all applicable Federal, State and Local law governing the sales or lease of a vehicle</li><li>
Attend all Sales Meetings</li><li>

Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</i></b></p><ul><li>
Basic computer skills required to maintain CRM</li><li>
Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills</li><li>
Able to work individually as well as part of a team.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><i><br>
Relevant Work Experience &amp; Other Requirements:</i></b></p><ul><li>
Must meet dealerships requirements for employment which include background check and drug screening</li><li>
Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and be insurable based on driving record.</li><li>
Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age</li><li>
Must be punctual and reliable.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><i><br>
Physical Requirements:</i></b></p><ul><li>
Must be able to sit, stand, and/ or walk for extended periods of time</li></ul><p></p><p><b><i><br>
