What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Support daily operations through administrative tasks, office management, and coordination of departmental workflows</li><li>
Oversee HR functions including onboarding, orientation, compliance paperwork, and maintaining confidential employee records</li><li>
Assist with project management, reporting, invoicing, and collections</li><li>
Coordinate scheduling, staff trainings, employee engagement initiatives, and company events</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality while preparing documents, managing personnel files, and performing additional assigned duties.</li></ul> 
What you will need:<ul><li>
Associate's degree in a related field required, Bachelor's preferred</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years' of administrative or office management experience</li><li>
Experience in HR or onboarding support is strongly preferred</li><li>
Experience with client database's or HRIS systems preferred</li></ul>
