Position Summary</h3>
BB&amp;E is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer / Animator to support NAVFAC Atlantic (LANT) programs. This role will design, animate, and produce high-quality motion graphics, videos, and visual assets that support Navy communications, training, and outreach. The designer will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver engaging multimedia content across platforms. to support NAVFAC Atlantic (LANT) programs. <li>Storyboard, design, and animate 2D and 3D motion graphics and videos.</li>
<li>Create assets including typography, photography, live video, animation, narration, and sound.</li>
<li>Develop styleframes, mock-ups, and visual concepts for approval.</li>
<li>Produce motion graphics for training, presentations, web content, and digital applications.</li>
<li>Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and course development teams to enhance Navy products.</li>
<li>Provide technical support for multimedia content delivery.</li>
<li>Support logistical tasks such as workshops, meetings, and requests.</li>
</ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, video editing, or content creation.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with ability to explain creative concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
<li>Project management and organizational skills in a decentralized, virtual environment.</li>
</ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>
Must be able to walk, sit, and/or stand for extended periods for multiple days/weeks</li><li>
Able to operate office equipment, including computer, copy machine, phone, etc.</li><li>
Capable of light lifting, up to 50 lbs.</li></ul>
Working conditions:<ul><li>
Able to work both indoor/outdoor (with exposure to the elements)</li><li>
Able to walk/climb/knee/crouch and reach</li><li>
Able to work on rough terrain when necessary</li><li>
Able to work in confined spaces and/or heights</li><li>
Able to wear the required PPE, minimally use gloves, a hard hat, a respirator, and steel-toe boots that may be in combination with protective clothing/suits, a respirator, and/or a fall restraint/recovery harness</li><li>
Exposure to hazards/contaminants at times</li></ul>
