Customer Engagement Executive Location: Lahore (On-site) Job Type: Full-timeWe are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Engagement Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with 1.5 to 2 years of experience in client services or customer success. However, freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for customer service are also encouraged to apply.As a Customer Engagement Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for delivering exceptional support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and support requests via phone and email in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction</li><li>Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, staying up to date on new features and updates</li><li>Process orders, returns, and exchanges; escalate issues to relevant departments as needed</li><li>Accurately log and track customer interactions using CRM tools for future reference and reporting</li><li>Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Product Development, and Marketing) to address client needs and improve service delivery</li><li>Share feedback and insights on recurring issues or customer trends to support process improvements</li><li>Participate in ongoing training to enhance service skills and product knowledge</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Fresh graduates are welcome to apply</li><li>1.5 to 2 years of experience in a customer support or client services role is preferred</li><li>Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English, with a professional and empathetic tone</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and the confidence to manage challenging situations</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle multiple client issues simultaneously</li><li>Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy</li><li>A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for customer success</li><li>Experience in technical troubleshooting or working in a BPO/call center environment is a plus</li><li>Age Limit: Less than 40</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and professional development</li><li>A supportive, collaborative, and dynamic team environment</li><li>A chance to work with a diverse group focused on delivering top-tier customer experiences</li></ul>Shift Timings<ul><li>Summer: 01:00 PM &ndash; 10:00 PM</li><li>Winter: 02:00 PM &ndash; 11:00 PM</li></ul>Note: This is an on-site role.
