As a <b>Technical Assistant (TA)</b>, you play a key role in that mission. WHAT YOU'LL DO</b></div><ul><li>
Incorporate empathy and professionalism in your delivery of excellent patient care.</li><li>
Travel to clinic sites within your assigned area</li><li>
Call existing clinical sites to confirm the schedule the day prior.</li><li>
Assist clinical staff by calling patients, front desk check-in and check-out, and rescheduling patients.</li><li>
Prepare patients and exam rooms for ultrasound procedures.</li><li>
Retrieve patient files and obtain medical information relevant to the ultrasound exam.</li><li>
Escort patients and visitors to the exam room.</li><li>
Collect height, weight, blood pressure, and other patient vitals.</li><li>
Conduct patient intake questionnaire forms.</li><li>
Assist medical professionals with patient examinations or procedures.</li><li>
Assist in updating and archiving medical records and ultrasound images.</li><li>
Clean ultrasound equipment and restock supplies as needed.</li><li>
Other duties assigned by managers.</li></ul><div></div><div><i><br>

BONUS POINTS</b></div><ul><li>
Associate or bachelor's degree</li><li>
1-3 years of experience in healthcare</li><li>
American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) certified</li><li>
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems</li><li>
Bilingual: Spanish &amp; English</li></ul><div>
