Legal Advisory &amp; Coordination:&middot; Provide legal support on real estate transactions, land acquisition, and development projects.&middot; Assist senior leadership in identifying legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.&middot; Coordinate with internal teams to align legal solutions with business goals.Real Estate &amp; Land Legal Oversight:&middot; Conduct and manage legal due diligence, title verification, and documentation for all land types including reserved/government-notified lands.&middot; Support land and property transactions ensuring they are legally sound and compliant.Litigation &amp; Risk Management:&middot; Support ongoing litigation by coordinating with external legal counsel and compiling necessary documentation.&middot; Assist in dispute resolution and out-of-court settlements related to real estate matters.Plot Registration &amp; SRO Processes:&middot; Handle documentation and legal processes for plot registration and liaise with SRO offices.&middot; Ensure timely and accurate execution of all land registration tasks.Documentation &amp; Agreements:&middot; Draft, review, and finalize property-related legal documents such as:o Agreements of Sale, Sale Deeds, MoUs, JDAs, POAs, Procurement Agreements&middot; Ensure accuracy, legality, and alignment with regulatory norms.Liaison &amp; External Coordination:&middot; Liaise with government authorities, legal advisors, and registration offices.&middot; Manage relationships with law firms and other external stakeholders.Compliance &amp; Reporting:&middot; Ensure adherence to corporate laws and statutory compliance.&middot; Maintain legal records, reports, and ensure documentation is audit-ready.Key Requirements&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.&middot; 7&ndash;10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in real estate or land-related legal work.&middot; Sound knowledge of property laws, land documentation, and registration processes.&middot; Experience in handling contracts and managing legal compliance.&middot; Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.&middot; Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external agencies.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Legal: 8 years (Required)</li><li>Litigation: 8 years (Required)</li><li>Legal drafting: 8 years (Required)</li><li>Title Search Report: 8 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
