Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.</li><li>Oversee complete financial operations including cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and end-to-end accounting functions such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger control.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue from plot sales and proper accounting of project-related costs and expenses.</li><li>Strategically manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and credit control to minimize outstanding dues and improve cash flow.</li><li>Prepare, review, and monitor receivables aging reports; analyze trends to identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Design, implement, and strengthen internal financial controls; conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.</li><li>Lead statutory and tax audits; ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Oversee individual income tax filings and ensure adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Lead, supervise, train, and mentor the finance and accounts team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA</li><li>Minimum 8&ndash;12 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, land development, or infrastructure</li><li>Strong experience in statutory audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>In-depth expertise in GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliances.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong hands-on experience with accounting/ERP software.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and reporting frameworks.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and lead finance teams in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;720,000.00 - &#8377;840,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Financial accounting: 10 years (Required)</li><li>GST: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
