Position Description Administrative support employee for law office. Answering phone calls from attorneys and clients. Assigning cases to attorneys. Sending correspondence to attorneys and clients. Providing a broad range of administrative support including phone reception word and data processing compiling and organizing material for wide-scale distribution by mail and email filing copying scanning and redacting legal documents.Please be advised that this position is in the unit that oversees assignment of cases to attorneys litigating sexually dangerous persons and sex offender registry board cases. Interfacing with convicted sex offenders who call the office and exposure to documents detailing sex offenses will be part of this job.Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $19.59 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
