Accountant - Payables, EMEA (Remote)
Full time, Bangalore, India
In this role , you will be performing day-to-day accounting functions, and assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports for a designated area. 
As a Accountant - Payables, EMEA, you will<ul><li>
Be responsible for managing and reconciling accounts payable processes.
</li><li>Complete timely, clear, and accurate monthly reports and follow up on aged items.
 </li><li>Assist with the review and maintenance of AP Purchase Orders.
 </li><li>Ensure month-end checklist items are processed accurately and on time; support year-end closing activities related to AP.
 </li><li>Provide ad hoc research and reporting for Supervisors, Managers, Directors, and regional finance teams.
</li><li>Assist in audits related to accounts payable functions.</li></ul> 
About you<ul><li>
You have a college degree in accounting, with a finance speciality preferred (or equivalent experience)</li><li>
You have several years of experience in general accounting</li><li>
Proficiency with ERPs, word processing, and spreadsheets (MS Excel) is required</li><li>
Mandatory SAP experience</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Working in collaboration across department</li></ul>

As a Travel Consultant, you are the face of our company. You&rsquo;ll communicate and respond to request for current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more. Do you communicate effortlessly and have customer service at heart? &ndash; Read on! 
As a Travel Agent, you will<ul><li>
Appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the client</li><li>
Search and confirm travel reservations for the client</li><li>
Provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties</li><li>
Use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests</li><li>
Perform follow-up as needed and within the time frame promised to the client</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date knowledge and application of travel supplier rules</li></ul>

Experience in a customer service-oriented position</li><li>
Excellent problem solving and/or critical thinking skills</li><li>
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously</li><li>
Effective communication skills also in English</li><li>
Skills on travel industry systems GDS Sabre, Amadeus</li></ul>
