Academic Req:</b> Required - Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in the following areas: social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, public administration, or closely related field of study. Master&rsquo;s degree in one of the following areas preferred.<br>

<b>Work Experience:</b> Required &ndash; Project management experience that includes collecting and reporting data, scheduling regular meetings, and developing procedures. Experience with victims of human trafficking, sexual abuse and neglect, domestic violence or individuals experiencing homelessness and/or addiction. Requires three years working directly with victims or law enforcement.<br>
Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills is a must. Knowledge of a victim-centered, trauma informed approach to interacting with victims. Administrative knowledge of and/or experience with federal grants, partnership development, protocol development, program development, quality assurance and evaluation is required. Bilingual strongly preferred.</p><p><b><br>
Summary:</b> The Task Force Coordinator is responsible for using sound professional judgment and best practices to facilitate a collaborative task force mission. The task force coordinator will work across government agencies, law enforcement, the non-profit sector and community organizations to organize tasks for meetings, assist with task force projects, and maintain task force materials while ensuring a victim-centered and trauma informed approached is used toward victims/survivors of sex and labor human trafficking.</p><p><b><br>
Critical Action Items &amp; Measurable Deliverables:</b><br>
1. Organize monthly law enforcement general member task force, victim services general member task force and core leadership meetings ensuring all lead Task Force signatories have their priorities included on the agenda<br>
2. Engage and facilitate new task force partnerships, including law enforcement, victim services and other direct service providers<br>
3. Primary point of contact for grant operations and management<br>
4. Facilitate the revision and expansion of Care Coordination protocols, as needed, in partnership with providers across the 12-county service area<br>
5. Formalize Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs)<br>
6. Work in partnership with task force leadership to address gaps in existing services and opportunities to enhance the quality of services to victims/survivors of human trafficking (sex and labor) as identified by partner agencies<br>
7. Distribute task force progress reports to funder and other partners upon request<br>
8. Assist with producing a summary report by the end of Year 2 describing the task force&rsquo;s efforts on labor trafficking, as required<br>
9. Coordinate with victim services regarding a plan of action for law enforcement operations<br>
10. Provide technical assistance and peer-to-peer support, in collaboration with task force leadership, to task force partner agencies, and existing and newer task forces upon request<br>
11. Promote public awareness and recognition of human trafficking, including outreach and funder-approved training, on behalf of the task force for professionals and community organizations to expand task force membership, upon request and as appropriate<br>
12. Maintain task force data on meetings, membership agencies, contact lists, trainings, and other relevant performance measurement data on behalf of the task force<br>
13. Assist grant fiscal agents (victim services and law enforcement) with other relevant performance measurement data, upon request, and led by the grant fiscal agents<br>
14. Assist in overall maintenance of the task force website and social media platforms, as approved and appropriate<br>
15. Participate in community meetings and actively engage and communicate with stakeholders as<br>
16. Participate in workshops, seminars, education programs and other activities that promote professional growth and development<br>
17. Compile, prepare, submit, and maintain accurate records, files, forms, statistics, and additional information in accordance with agency policies, licensing and/or contract requirements<br>
18. Maintain confidentiality in all areas of task force operations, criminal cases, and the service population, ensuring HIPPA compliance<br>
19. Maintain BCFS HHS professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in BCFS HHS employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, the service population, and community members and complying with required dress code at all times<br>
20. Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Human Trafficking Interdiction policies and procedures</p><p></p><p><b>
Essential Functions:</b><br>
 1. Provide task force management and development<br>
2. Coordinate referrals for task force<br>
3. Provide support to grant fiscal agents<br>
4. Act as a liaison with stakeholders, including legal providers, child protection, law enforcement, federal partners, and others, and ensure both program and local protocols are followed.<br>
5. Represent the task force by participating in community meetings<br>
6. Participate in weekly staffing, or as needed, with supervisors<br>
7. Travel locally approximately 25 percent of the time<br>
8. Meet all required deadlines to ensure compliance with policies and procedures<br>
9. Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed or requested by position supervisor, including law enforcement operations</p><p><b><br>

1. Demonstrate mastery of comprehensive safety, resiliency, and mental health assessment.<br>

one of the following areas: Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, or Criminal<br>

Experience: Required - 2 years of experience providing direct case management services. A<br>
Master&rsquo;s degree in a social service-related field may be used to substitute for one year of<br>
experience. Required- 1 year of experience providing intensive in home- based interventions.</div><div></div><div>
Summary: The Case Manger is responsible for using sound professional judgement and best<br>
practices to provide case management to the service population including crisis intervention as<br>
needed while maintaining compliance with established state and federal standards.</div><div></div><div>

Essential Functions:<br>
1. Provides intensive home-based intervention case management services using a Trauma- Informed<br>
Care approach to provide service planning and documentation of services for<br>
assigned caseload.</div><div>
2. Provide crises intervention responding promptly and professionally to crises situations with<br>
clients at the office, during home visits and on phone calls (within business hours) using<br>
independent judgement and discretion.<br>
3. Develop, monitor, and review Individual Treatment Plans designed to increase strengths,<br>
address needs, and reduce conflict in the home.<br>
4. Provide linkages to community resources for clients to assist with enrollment in public<br>
assistance, childcare assistance, employment assistance, medical needs, and support in obtaining<br>
critical documents such as birth certificates and SS/ID cards and transportation needs.<br>
5. Assist in locating appropriate housing for clients upon exit from the Transitional Housing<br>
program.<br>
6. Mandated reporter - Report any suspected abuse or neglect to the program supervisor and all<br>
appropriate state and county enforcement agencies.<br>
7. Attend and participate in; staff meetings, in-service trainings and UCAP events.<br>
8. Participate in weekly face to face or phone supervision with the supervisor.<br>
9. Frequent travel to assist clients with community resource connections as needed.<br>
10. Meet all deadlines required by program supervisor and state/federal partners.</div><div></div><div>
Measurable Deliverables:<br>
1. Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this<br>
position.<br>
2. Maintain a caseload in accordance with agency policies and procedures and licensing and<br>
contract standards.<br>
3. Provide services to youth enrolled in the Transitional Housing Program.<br>
4. Complete training and received ongoing education on skills necessary for conflict<br>
resolution, anger management, parenting, etc.<br>
5. Conduct follow up calls and/or visits to young adults in crises situations and complete safety<br>
planning as needed.<br>
6. Compile, prepare, submit and maintain accurate case records, files, forms and additional<br>
information in accordance with agency policies, licensing and/or contract requirements.<br>
7. Work flexible hours as needed including evenings, weekends and holidays when approved by<br>
supervisor or to resolve crisis situations when they arise.<br>
8. Implement BCFS HHS safety protocols including evacuating with children and other staff in case<br>
of an emergency.<br>
9. Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the service population and program operations.<br>
10. Maintain BCFS HHS professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in the BCFS employee<br>
policy manual including demonstrating respect for agency staff, the service population,<br>
and community members and complying with the required dress code, at all times.</div><div></div><div>
