<div>Responsible for managing and coordinating the field plumbing, pipefitting &amp; welding-related workforce and resources on a project, ensuring efficient and timely completion of work while adhering to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. This role involves hiring, scheduling, monitoring, and supervising crews. Responsibility for field plumbing, piping, and welding department supervision.</div>
<div></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you will be doing:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Develop and maintain project schedules, allocate manpower effectively, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of work.</li>
<li>Coordinate the procurement and delivery of necessary materials, ensuring they are available when needed.</li>
<li>Maintain clear communication with field crews, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration and problem resolution.</li>
<li>Supervise crews, providing guidance, instruction, and support to ensure work is completed efficiently and according to project specifications.</li>
<li>The ability to plan, organize, and manage plumbing, piping and welding projects efficiently is a key requirement.</li>
<li>Keeping projects on schedule and meeting deadlines.</li>
<li>Being able to think critically and find solutions to unexpected challenges is important.</li>

<ul><li>A minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience in a Project Management or Labor Coordinator position.</li>

<b>What You'll Do:</b></div>
<ul><li>Supervise and lead field plumbing personnel on job sites.</li>
<li>Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes.</li>
<li>Coordinate workflow, materials, and equipment with project managers and other trades.</li>
<li>Conduct daily job site inspections and safety meetings.</li>
<li>Oversee coordination and installation of piping systems, fixtures, backflow prevention, and other plumbing components.</li>
<li>Train and mentor plumbing staff and apprentices.</li>
<li>Track labor hours, materials used, and progress reporting.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently.</li>
<li>Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, standards, and company policies.</li>
<li>Attend and represent RoyalAire in project specific meetings. (Safety, CM, Coordination, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<b>What You'll Need:</b></div>
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or plumbing license preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum [10+] years of supervisory experience.</li>
<li>Supervising crew sizes up to 15+.</li>
<li>Clean driving record, criminal record and drug test.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems.</li>
<li>Proficiency in reading construction documents and interpreting plans.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li>
