Industrial Insulation Technician Join a Growing Industrial Insulation Team in Oman!BCI Thermal &amp; Industrial Isolation LLC is expanding its operations in Muscat and is seeking skilled and motivated Industrial Insulation Technicians to join our growing team.If you have experience in thermal insulation, pipe insulation, HVAC insulation, or industrial mechanical works, this is your opportunity to work on major projects in oil &amp; gas, construction, and industrial facilities across Oman.We offer stable long-term employment, career growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment where your skills are valued.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair thermal insulation on pipes, tanks, and industrial equipment</li><li>Apply insulation materials such as fiberglass, mineral wool, foam, and cladding systems</li><li>Read and interpret technical drawings and insulation specifications</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards (HSE regulations)</li><li>Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials accurately</li><li>Support mechanical and maintenance teams on-site</li><li>Perform insulation removal and replacement when required</li><li>Maintain tools, equipment, and work area cleanliness</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in industrial insulation or construction work preferred</li><li>Knowledge of insulation materials and installation methods</li><li>Ability to work in industrial or outdoor environments</li><li>Basic understanding of safety procedures (HSE awareness)</li><li>Physically fit and able to perform manual work</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude</li><li>Oil &amp; gas or construction site experience is an advantage</li></ul>Why Work With Us?At BCI Thermal &amp; Industrial Isolation LLC, we value skill, dedication, and growth.
