Social Media Marketing and Design Related experiences will be prioritised.40 hours per week &ndash; Monday to Friday.This position is office based only.Mandatory:Previous Experience in DUBAI (not your home country) for atleast 2 yearsQualifications from Philippines with a Bachelors atleast in Accounting or related field.Previous Experience as a Finance Senior Officer or ManagerPrevious Experience in Administrative DutiesDuties will include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Attention to Detail is an absolute must in this job</li><li>Managing an email account and responding to emails accordingly</li><li>Chasing up student offers with our clients on behalf of our other offices</li><li>First line contact for queries between our clients and offices</li><li>Updating database records</li><li>Answering the telephone</li><li>General office administration</li><li>Social media management</li><li>Website maintenance</li><li>Specifically we need someone with some level of finance background that will also help in the company financial accounting</li><li>Book keeping</li><li>Preparation of annual accounts</li><li>Monthly accounting</li><li>Invoice chasing</li></ul>Essential criteria:<ul><li>you will be extremely organised and IT literate with outstanding communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.</li><li>you will be able to travel daily to JLT to facilitate the smooth running of our bespoke student recruitment events.
