BCM One

<div>BCM One is looking to add a creative Content Specialist to our growing Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with fresh ideas, a passion for building brand identity, and amplifying our digital presence across a diverse portfolio of global communications products and services. 
This is a newly created role offering you the chance to shape and elevate how our content is crafted, distributed, and scaled throughout the business. You will collaborate closely with sales enablement, product, and marketing teams to transform technical concepts into engaging narratives that strengthen our brand and connect with a broad enterprise audience.

Work Locations:

This is a hybrid or remote optional position with the ability to be based out of Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship. 
Hours: Eastern business hours with earlier overlap with UK teams. 
Travel: Occasional UK‑based travel for corporate or industry events, with an estimated one to two trips per year (approx. 10% or less). 
What You Will Do:
<ul>
<li>Create customer‑facing, enterprise‑level content including blogs, guides, thought leadership, and campaign assets for diverse global consumption 
</li>
<li>Translate complex, technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content without oversimplifying 
</li>
<li>Own and evolve a content calendar, from planning through execution 
</li>
<li>Support brand awareness and lead‑generation initiatives through high‑impact written and visual content 
</li>
<li>Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product, SDRs, and Marketing stakeholders across the US and UK to achieve company and revenue goals 
</li>
<li>Contribute to and eventually help shape content strategy, not just execution 
</li>
<li>Support social media content with a focus on engagement and growth 
</li>
<li>Use AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity while maintaining quality and originality 
</li>
<li>Analyze content performance and adjust approach based on engagement and results over time</li></ul> 


What You Will Need:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in content creation (B2B tech or SaaS strongly preferred)</li>
<li>Experience translating complex information into engaging, easy‑to‑understand content</li>
<li>Comfort working across global teams and audiences (US &amp; UK)</li>
<li>Basic understanding of SEO and modern content optimization</li>
<li>Confident communicator that is comfortable collaborating, interviewing stakeholders, and occasionally being on camera</li>
<li>Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Teams, and Copilot (or equivalent AI tools)</li>
<li>Experience with content distribution or advocacy tools (e.g., Ambassify, Hootsuite or similar) 
</li>
<li>Experience with SEO and social platforms (e.g., SEMrush, LinkedIn, YouTube)</li>
<li>Self‑starter mindset &mdash; someone who takes ownership and initiative</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI‑assisted content workflows</li>
<li>Creative mindset with interest in video, visual, and multi‑format content</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail (grammar, structure, clarity)</li>
<li>Proven ability to write for technical and enterprise audiences (a portfolio is preferred, not required)</li></ul>
