<div></div><div><div>We're expanding our practice into Riverview and are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental challenges. Your commitment to providing high-quality behavioral therapy will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.</div>

<ul><li><b>Clinic Hours</b>: 8 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, Saturday 9 AM - 1 PM</li>

</ul><div>Requirements:</div>
<ul><li>High school diploma required; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus.</li>
<li>Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with active certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 30-days required
<ul><li>we offer the 40-hour RBT course online and training to earn the full RBT certification</li>
</ul></li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.</li>
<li>Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of clients.</li>
<li>Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.</li>
</ul><div>Additional Requirements:</div>
<ul><li>The services we provide for our young learners include sitting (often on the floor) and/or standing for prolonged periods of time.</li>
<li>They also include sporadic running and other intervention procedures which require a clear field of vision and physical ability to hold, grab and catch.</li>
<li>Ability to hear/speak/communicate/type in the English language also required.</li>
</ul>As a registered behavior technician, your responsibilities will include:</div>
<ul><li>Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA, including positive reinforcement techniques and data collection.</li>
<li>Work one-on-one with clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.</li>
<li>Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed while following established protocols.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate records of client behavior and progress.</li>
<li>Collaborate with families and other team members to provide consistent support and communication.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).</li>
<li>Uphold the ethical guidelines set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)</li>
