We are looking for a Senior Grants Management Analyst for a government client.
Job Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide expert-level support for the full lifecycle of federal grants and cooperative agreements.</li>
<li>Conduct pre-award activities including budget analysis, risk assessments, and drafting terms and conditions.</li>
<li>Manage post-award functions such as monitoring performance, processing amendments, and initiating closeouts.</li>
<li>Interpret and apply federal regulations including 2 CFR 200 and the DOT Guide to Financial Assistance.</li>
<li>Advise program managers and leadership on complex grants management issues.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve challenges across pre-award, award, and post-award phases.</li>
<li>Use systems like ESC PRISM and GrantSolutions for grants processing and tracking.</li>
<li>Provide technical assistance and training to program staff and recipients.</li>
<li>Write and edit grant analysis documents and brief government officials.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures throughout the grant lifecycle.</li></ul> 
 
 
Job Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum 6 years in federal grants/acquisition</li>
<li>Experience with support across full grant lifecycle</li>
<li>Experience with policy interpretation and technical consultation</li>
<li>Experience with 2 CFR 200, ESC PRISM, GrantSolutions preferred</li></ul></div>
