 About the Role:
 
 
 
 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in
 
 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
 
 to provide functional consulting services, ensuring successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of the platform for our clients. As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, recommend solutions, and help guide them through the full project lifecycle.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage the functional implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for clients, from project scoping to post-go-live support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to the functionality in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
 </li>
 <li>
 Configure and customize Business Central to meet specific business needs, including finance, supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing modules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform gap analysis and recommend best practices for system improvements and optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide expert guidance on technical front to clients on using Dynamics 365 Business Central for day-to-day operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct user training and provide support during and after the system implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot and resolve issues post-implementation, ensuring high client satisfaction and system performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on the latest product features, upgrades, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document functional requirements, design specifications, test plans, and other project-related documents.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Desired Skills and Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 6-10 years of experience in functional consulting, with a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience in configuring, customizing and implementing key modules of Business Central, such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of business processes and requirements in various industries such as manufacturing, retail, and distribution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in system integration and data migration in the context of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to conduct requirement workshops, process mapping, and user training.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills with the ability to work with clients and internal teams effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations (F&amp;O) is a plus and will be considered an added advantage.

 We are seeking a legal professional with strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial and service contracts, working closely with internal stakeholders and clients.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts including Client Service Engagement Letters, Master Service Agreements, Service Provider Agreements, Consultancy Contracts, Joint Business Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Investment Banking Contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Sub-Contracts, Loan Staffing Contracts, and Referral Agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft contracts from scratch and create/maintain standard templates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate contracts directly with clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage internal stakeholder requirements related to the above contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide training to junior resources and collaborate with them on contract matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct research on relevant matters concerning the applicable laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle other matters necessary to support the above scope.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Requirements:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4&ndash;10 years PQE with an LLB degree (CS, LLM, and specialized contract law experience/courses preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to independently draft contracts from scratch and maintain templates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in handling client negotiations and internal stakeholder management.
 </li>
 <li>
 High analytical thinking and detail orientation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic thinking and ability to mentor junior team members.
 </li>
