 Roles &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee and manage multiple projects, guiding through scoping, timelines, content development, and client engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver high quality, client-ready output consistently; identify risks / issues and escalate to the reporting manager in a timely manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary project contact: prioritize workflows, collect feedback, address issues, and seek up-selling/cross-selling opportunities
 </li>

 Ensure work quality: review outputs for accuracy, value addition, and adherence to timelines.

 Competencies &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at leading research and analytics, KPOs and consulting firms
 </li>
 <li>
 A multi-disciplinary thinker, qualitative and quantitative research experience, preferably a research lead from a consulting background with experience in building high-performing teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven client facing experience &ndash; proactively engaging client users to understand project scope and requirements, and coordinating task execution through frequent phone and email correspondence
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in all aspects of business and financial research across various output types
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in leveraging new-age technologies and data analytics capabilities to efficiently extract, process, and deliver content in an easily understandable way
 </li>
 <li>
 Adept in leveraging research databases such as CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, FactSet, Thomson Reuters, Factiva, amongst others
 </li>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s degree in business, Economics, English Literature, or Mass Communication from a top-tier university or college.
