Job Description: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager &amp; Content Creator to grow our clients&rsquo; digital presence, increase brand awareness, and drive leads and sales. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in content strategy, short-form video creation, community management, and performance marketing across major social media platforms. This is a contract role, as needed.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and sales goals</li><li>Create engaging, high-quality content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, X, and other relevant platforms</li><li>Produce and edit short-form videos, static posts, stories, informational carousel, ai generated content, viral reels, for correct target audiences captions, and promotional content</li><li>Can make about 60 high quality reels in 10 hours or less, please show your portfolio</li><li>Use a mix of original and high-quality AI-assisted content where appropriate for products and scenes</li><li>Schedule and publish content consistently across all platforms with trending viral target audience audio at best times daily, with stories on all platforms</li><li>Monitor comments, messages, and community activity, and respond in a timely, brand-appropriate manner</li><li>Track trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to improve content performance</li><li>Optimize content using SEO, hashtags, keywords, and platform best practices</li><li>Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on growth, engagement, leads, and sales</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent messaging</li><li>Support or manage paid social campaigns to improve reach, conversions, and ROI</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing</li><li>Strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and content production</li><li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools</li><li>Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite</li><li>Strong understanding of social media strategy, branding, SEO, and analytics</li><li>Experience managing audience engagement, DMs, comments, and online reputation</li><li>Ability to create content that is both visually strong and conversion-focused</li><li>Knowledge of paid ads and lead-generation strategies is a plus</li><li>Photography/videography skills are an advantage</li></ul>Send me a portfolio with examples and some must include product examples, post, carousels, videos, reels, stories.Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Chicago, IL 60617
