This position is located in the Grand Forks, ND, corporate office. 
 
Required skills and qualifications
 
<ul><li>1-3 years of experience in inventory planning, procurement, or related field</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of inventory ordering systems and processes</li>
<li>Must be an analytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset</li>
<li>Ability to lead projects and communicate effectively across teams</li>
<li>Generate and analyze recurring inventory reports</li>
<li>Identify inventory trends, risks, and opportunities</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to administer inventory strategies to the department and stores</li>
<li>Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Be able to provide support and backup for inventory coordinators during peak periods</li>
Comfortable using a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, and other internal systems 
<li>
</li></ul>What a Day in the Life Looks Like: 
<ul>
<li>Inventory Analysis: The Inventory Analyst will evaluate inventory trends using transactional, serialized, and categorical data.</li>
<li>Recurring Departmental Report Production: The Inventory Analyst will generate recurring inventory reports that provide actionable insights for the Inventory Director and other stakeholders.</li>
<li>Obsolescence Risk Identification: The Inventory Analyst will proactively identify opportunities to reduce obsolescence within the organization.</li>
<li>Vendor Program Credit Monitoring: The Inventory Analyst will oversee tracking of credits from vendor promotional programs.</li>
