General Description:</div><div></div><div>
The Pipeline and Business Development Valuation team is an integral part of BeOne&rsquo;s Global Commercial Strategy and Operations (GCSO) organization. This position offers a candidate the opportunity to significantly contribute to the growth of BeOne. This role will be responsible for leading commercial assessments for internal pipeline programs and developing comprehensive commercial forecasts. This role will also be assisting with and/or leading business development opportunities and ad-hoc cross-functional initiatives.</div><div></div><div>
Essential Functions of the Job:</div><ul><li>
Develop and maintain forecasts for pipeline assets including assumptions, methodologies, and documentation</li><li>
Assess forecast risk and uncertainty, run sensitivities analysis and scenarios</li><li>
Conduct primary and secondary market research to understand disease epidemiology, patient segmentation, treatment paradigm, unmet medical needs, competitive landscape, etc.</li><li>
Translate insights from market research to both qualitative and quantitative commercial assessment</li><li>
Support major planning processes such as LRP, portfolio prioritization and other strategic planning cycles with forecast submissions, scenarios, and narratives</li><li>
Coordinate inputs and data from internal sources and external datasets; ensure data quality and consistent use of definitions/assumptions across teams</li><li>
Provide commercial/business case assessment to inform pipeline programs&rsquo; go-no-go and critical investment decisions</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish Target Product Profiles and develop market positioning strategies for early-stage pipeline programs</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish relevant Disease Area Strategies</li></ul><div></div><div>
Education Required:</div><ul><li>
Advanced degree in life sciences and/or business</li></ul><div></div><div>
Experience required:</div><ul><li>
BS with 8 plus years or an MS with 6 plus years or a Doctorate level degree with 4 plus years of experience in commercial assessment/new product planning/disease area strategy/early commercialization from the pharmaceutical industry, consulting, or equity analyst roles.</li><li>
Oncology and Immunology &amp; inflammatory disease area knowledge/experience strongly preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrated track-record in indication-, and patient-level forecasting methodologies.</li><li>
Proficient in both primary and secondary market research.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills required to analyze scientific and financial data, synthesize insights and stories behind the data, and prepare precise as well as concise presentations for senior executives&rsquo; review.</li><li>
Experience of working in a cross-functional setting.</li><li>
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize work.</li><li>
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.</li><li>

Salary Range: $145,500.00 - $195,500.00 annually<div>

The CRA executes clinical monitoring activities at clinical trial sites and monitors clinical trials in accordance with ICH guidelines and GCP, local regulations, and applicable SOPs.</li><li>
Performs monitoring activities related to selection, initiation, conduct (recruitment, quality data collection) and timely completion of oncology/hematology clinical trials within the assigned region.</li><li>
The CRA is responsible for collaborating closely with the Regional Clinical Operations Manager to ensure study timelines are adhered to and required quality standards are maintained.</li><li>
Identify gaps and areas for improvement and propose CAPA.</li><li>
Supports start-up and provides local expertise.</li><li>

Perform feasibility, site identification, selection and evaluation, supporting initial list of sites and recruitment targets</div></li><li><div>
