Job description:We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in React Native for mobile applications, Node.js for backend services, MongoDB as a primary database, Qdrant (Vector DB) for AI/ML-driven use cases, and AWS for cloud infrastructure management. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.</li><li>Build and optimize backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js.</li><li>Implement and manage databases (MongoDB, Qdrant) ensuring performance, scalability, and security.</li><li>Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.).</li><li>Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and AI/ML-driven services with a focus on vector search and recommendation systems.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features on time.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.</li><li>Ensure best practices in security, CI/CD, and application performance optimization.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of proven full-stack development experience.</li><li>Strong proficiency in React Native (iOS &amp; Android app development).</li><li>Hands-on expertise with Node.js, Express.js for backend development.</li><li>Deep knowledge of MongoDB including schema design, aggregation, and performance tuning.</li><li>Experience working with Vector Databases (preferably Qdrant) for AI-driven applications (search, recommendations, personalization).</li><li>Proficiency in AWS services for hosting, scaling, and monitoring applications.</li><li>Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL (nice-to-have), and microservices architecture.</li><li>Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub/GitLab workflows.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with TypeScript for both frontend and backend.</li><li>Knowledge of AI/ML workflows and vector search integration.</li><li>Familiarity with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, DynamoDB).</li><li>Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;417,855.48 - &#8377;1,717,360.99 per yearWork Location: In person

About the RoleWe are seeking an AI Engineer who can design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for personalization, recommendation, and computer vision use cases. This role involves working closely with our product and engineering teams to implement algorithms that power outfit recommendations, visual search, trend analysis, and virtual try-on experiences.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Research, design, and build AI/ML models for outfit recommendations, personalization engines, and fashion trend predictions.</li><li>Develop and optimize computer vision models for wardrobe digitization, virtual try-on, and garment recognition.</li><li>Implement NLP models to understand user preferences, queries, and style language.</li><li>Work with vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS, etc.) to build scalable recommendation and similarity search systems.</li><li>Optimize ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and real-time inference.</li><li>Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate AI models into the mobile app and backend services.</li><li>Monitor, evaluate, and improve models using A/B testing, user feedback, and performance metrics.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest research and tools in AI for fashion, recommendation systems, and generative AI.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.</li><li>Proficient in Python, with solid experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.</li><li>Proven experience with RAG models and integrating vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, Qdrant).</li><li>Practical knowledge of agentic workflows and AI agents.</li><li>Strong understanding of reinforcement learning methodologies.</li><li>Hands-on experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Deep understanding of NLP techniques, including transformers, embeddings, and text analysis.</li><li>Competence in computer vision techniques, including classification, object detection, segmentation, and GANs.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in fashion-tech or e-commerce recommendation systems.</li><li>Familiarity with LLMs and multimodal AI for fashion applications.</li><li>Experience with real-time inference and large-scale ML systems.</li><li>Research background in generative AI (GANs, diffusion models) for virtual try-on and AI-driven design.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,731.18 - &#8377;50,807.19 per monthWork Location: In person
