Office AssistantStarts at $17/hour + Monthly Bonus | Mount PleasantAre you an experienced office assistant ready to be the backbone of two thriving Charleston rental companies? We need a dedicated Office Assistant to streamline customer service, scheduling, and daily office operations.Core responsibilities assisting with daily operations:<ul><li>Assist with customer communications &ndash; inquiries, bookings, issues, and follow-up</li><li>Coordinate with property managers and vacation rental companies for access/timing</li><li>Handle orders &amp; payment processing</li><li>Work with our corporate clients and event planners for special events</li></ul>Assisting with other business operations as needed:<ul><li>Other positions within our companies involve deliveries, cleaning &amp; maintaining our rental gear inventory. Assistance may be needed in these areas as well throughout the year</li><li>Contribute to our marketing channels &ndash; social media posts, online presence</li><li>Track performance metrics and report to ownership</li><li>Maintain &amp; organize customer information</li></ul>Team Support:<ul><li>Coordinate with management on daily logistics</li><li>Maintaining gear protocol manual &amp; driver manual</li><li>Assist with creating new office protocols</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:✓ 1+ years office / administrative experience &ndash; preferably service industry✓ Strong customer service skills &ndash; you&rsquo;ll be the voice of our companies✓ Ability to communicate positively with fellow employees✓ Excellent organizational abilities &ndash; managing &amp; coordinating multiple schedules and priorities✓ Problem-solving mindset &ndash; ability to resolve issues independently✓ Experience with booking/scheduling systems preferred✓ Marketing experience a plus (social media, customer communications)✓ Background check requiredWhat We Offer:<ul><li>Starting pay: $17/hour + monthly performance bonuses</li><li>Open to someone available 25-40 hours per week</li><li>Hours of operation are 7 days a week, 8am-5pm.
