About the Role</h3>
Beach Front Property Management is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and ready to support leadership while keeping operations running smoothly.
You&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting executives, coordinating communication, and ensuring day-to-day administrative functions are handled with precision.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3><ul><li>
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling</li><li>
Prepare meeting agendas and materials</li><li>
Coordinate communication with internal teams and external partners</li><li>
Support company events, meetings, and logistics</li><li>
Handle confidential information with professionalism</li><li>
Track expenses and assist with reimbursements</li><li>
Provide general administrative support to leadership</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>2&ndash;5+ years of administrative experience</li><li>
Strong organization and time management skills</li><li>
Clear communication (written &amp; verbal)</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information</li></ul>
Nice to Have:<ul><li>
Experience in property management or real estate</li><li>
Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)</li></ul>
