Pay &amp; Housing: $20.00-$25.00 and 2-bed/2-bath (rent: $790)
Schedule: Part-Time (20-22 hours per week)
About the Role
Lead the day-to-day at a busy apartment community: leasing, resident relations, turns, and basic reporting, so the property runs smoothly, and residents feel taken care of.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Lead leasing/renewals; market the property and pre-lease upcoming vacancies</li><li>
Approve move-in files and ensure vacant units are turned in 3&ndash;5 business days</li><li>
Deliver great resident service; communicate clearly; enforce policies fairly</li><li>
Knowledgeable of Fair Housing and all BFPM property policies and procedures</li><li>
Rent collection &amp; delinquency follow-up; issue 3-day notices per rental agreement</li><li>
Daily property walks; partner with maintenance on work orders &amp; curb appeal</li><li>
Process invoices via Yardi Payscan; post transactions and maintain reports</li><li>
Submit monthly market survey and weekly ops updates to the Regional</li><li>
Coordinate vendors; attend legal proceedings when needed</li><li>
Attend required training/meetings; occasional on-call response support</li><li>
Attend to any on-call emergency services</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Requirements:

What You Bring<ul><li>
Experience in property management (Assistant or Manager level)</li><li>
Working knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord/tenant basics</li><li>
Customer-service mindset; calm under pressure; solid written communication</li><li>
Basic tech skills: Outlook, Excel/Word, Microsoft Teams</li><li>
Yardi Voyager experience (preferred)</li></ul>
