Job Overview Our elite team is looking to add a Dental Assistant to help keep patients healthy! Apply Now!Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques</li><li>Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following aseptic techniques</li><li>Take dental X-rays and perform medical imaging as required</li><li>Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records using EMR systems such as Dentrix</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling and act as a dental receptionist when needed</li><li>Monitor vital signs and provide chairside assistance during procedures</li><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred</li><li>Proficiency in dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and infection control practices</li><li>Familiarity with medical documentation, medical coding, and medical records management</li><li>Ability to operate 3D scanners and other dental technology is advantageous</li><li>Strong communication skills with an emphasis on patient interaction</li><li>Certification in dental assisting or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory</li></ul>Join our team to make a positive impact on our patients' dental health while advancing your career in a supportive environment!Job Type: Full-timePay: From $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Uniform allowance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
