About the Role Beachside Golf Cars is hiring a driven, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail team. We&rsquo;re one of the fastest-growing golf cart dealership groups in the country, and we&rsquo;re looking for someone who can work leads fast, create their own opportunities, and deliver a great buying experience from first contact to delivery.Let&rsquo;s be real now: this is a performance job. You&rsquo;ll be working weekends, following up consistently, talking to a lot of customers, and staying organized in a fast-paced showroom. If you&rsquo;re positive, coachable, and hungry to earn&mdash;this is a great place to win.What You&rsquo;ll Do - As a Sales Rep, you&rsquo;ll handle a mix of company-provided leads and self-generated prospects. You&rsquo;ll guide customers through the full sales process&mdash;helping them choose the right cart, build accessories/customizations, understand financing options, complete paperwork, and coordinate delivery. This role blends:<ul><li>In-person showroom sales</li><li>Phone/text/email follow-up</li><li>Social/classified selling (Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, etc.)</li><li>Product demos and walkarounds</li><li>Basic marketing support through strong product photos and listings</li></ul>Key Responsibilities Lead Management &amp; Follow-Up<ul><li>Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads generated by company marketing.</li><li>Track every customer interaction in the CRM with accurate notes and next steps.</li><li>Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into appointments and closed deals.</li></ul>Self-Generated Business &amp; Listings<ul><li>Proactively generate new leads through Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, and local community groups/forums.</li><li>Create and manage product listings that drive inbound interest and increase showroom traffic.</li><li>Take high-quality photos and short videos of carts for listings and marketing purposes (lighting, angles, clean presentation).</li></ul>Sales Execution<ul><li>Conduct in-showroom walkarounds and product presentations that highlight features, performance, and customization options.</li><li>Guide customers through the full buying process: needs discovery, selection, accessories, financing support, documentation, and post-sale communication.</li><li>Coordinate with managers and store teams to ensure a smooth handoff to delivery.</li></ul>Upsells / Backend Products<ul><li>Increase profitability by offering and explaining backend products, including:</li><li>Extended warranties / service plans</li><li>Accessory packages and upgrades (light kits, enclosures, lift kits, wheels/tires, sound systems, etc.)</li><li>Delivery add-ons and protection products (where applicable)</li><li>Recommend the right products based on customer needs and confidently close add-on sales.</li></ul>Showroom &amp; Merchandising<ul><li>Maintain a clean, organized showroom and well-presented inventory.</li><li>Help ensure units are staged properly and ready for customers to view and test.</li></ul>This Role Is Not for Everyone <ul><li>You must be comfortable working weekends and retail hours.</li><li>You must be high-energy, optimistic, and coachable&mdash;we want solution-minded people who bring great vibes to the team.</li><li>You must be disciplined with follow-up&mdash;your success will come from activity, consistency, and execution.</li><li>If you don&rsquo;t like calling/texting customers, using a CRM, upselling add-ons, or staying organized, this won&rsquo;t be a fit.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of sales experience (golf carts, automotive, powersports, RV, marine, or similar).</li><li>Proven ability to generate and close your own leads (especially via social platforms and classifieds).</li><li>Comfortable upselling accessories, protection products, and warranties/service plans.</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and closing skills with a customer-first mindset.</li><li>Tech-savvy: able to use CRM software, texting/email, and create listings.</li><li>Able to take clear, high-quality product photos for online listings and marketing.</li><li>Dependable, motivated, and competitive with personal performance goals.</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Fast response times and consistent follow-up on every lead</li><li>Strong appointment setting and showroom traffic conversion</li><li>High close rate and steady monthly unit volume</li><li>Strong backend attachment (accessories, warranties/service plans, upgrades)</li><li>Clean CRM activity and pipeline organization</li><li>Repeat customers, referrals, and positive reviews</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>W-2 position with guaranteed weekly pay</li><li>Additional earning potential through a competitive commission structure</li><li>A steady stream of company leads and showroom walk-ins</li><li>Large selection of in-stock units and customization/accessory options</li><li>Training, coaching, and growth opportunities in a fast-growing organization</li><li>A trusted brand with locations across Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, California, and Arkansas</li></ul>The past few years of rapid growth have been incredibly exciting, and we&rsquo;re just getting started.
