<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution</li></ul>
<ul><li>Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program</li></ul>
<ul><li>Board-certified or board-eligible in oral and maxillofacial surgery</li></ul>
<ul><li>Valid dental license in Virginia</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care</li></ul><br>
