Graphic Designer (Digital &amp; Marketing)</b></p><p><b>
Overview</b></p><p>
We are seeking a <b>Graphic Designer</b> to join our in-house creative team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on producing high-quality digital and marketing assets across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, digital advertising, and in-store visuals.</p><p>
The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator who can execute efficiently, collaborate well, and balance creativity with business needs. This role supports company-wide marketing and seasonal campaigns and plays a key role in maintaining brand consistency across touchpoints.</p><p><b>
You will design visually engaging assets across multiple channels such as:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Email campaigns, Websites and landing pages</p></li><li><p>
Social media content and digital ads</p></li><li><p>
Programmatic and vendor-supported advertising</p></li><li><p>
In-store signage and internal marketing materials</p></li></ul><p><b>
You will:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Create, prepare, and optimize email designs for deployment through our email platform</p></li><li><p>
Support seasonal and promotional campaigns (back-to-school, holiday, etc.)</p></li><li><p>
Develop layouts and creative concepts based on briefs and business requirements</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce, and cross-functional partners to ensure brand consistency</p></li><li><p>
Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>
Produce light animation or motion graphics (e.g., GIFs) as needed</p></li><li><p>
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a lean, fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>

Required Skills &amp; Experience</b></p><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred)</div></li><li><div>
3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Digital Designer</div></li><li><div>
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</div></li><li><div>
Experience designing digital-first creative (email, web, social, digital ads)</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality</div></li><li><div>
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills</div></li><li><div>
Comfortable receiving and applying feedback in a collaborative environment</div></li></ul><p>
