AS A MERCHANDISE SUPERVISOR A TYPICAL DAY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:<ul><li>
Coaching, training, and retaining talent</li><li>
Championing our credit and loyalty programs. Ensuring your team can inform, educate, and promote the benefits and offerings that reward our guest and enhance their shopping experience</li><li>
Executing store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations functions to ensure consistency of brand experience</li><li>
Utilizing business reports to guide decisions and hold self and others accountable to high-performance standards and results</li><li>
Understanding and usage of company standard software, systems, and procedures</li><li>
Inspiring and motivating a team through company recognition programs</li><li>
Creating a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul>
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A BEALLS FLORIDA MERCHANDISE SUPERVISOR:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent is required</li><li>
1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferred</li><li>
Effective interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>
Works well both independently and within a team environment</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>
Utilization of Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office Programs, and Payroll/Scheduling Software</li><li>
Work varying hours and schedules to include mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:<ul><li>
Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations</li><li>
Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry at least 20 pounds</li><li>
Must have full body rotation and mobility (i.e. &ndash; bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching)</li><li>

AS AN OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR A TYPICAL DAY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:<ul><li>
Coaching, training and retaining talent</li><li>
Facilitating stockroom operations and supervision of team. Directing all functions related to processing, truck deliveries and allocation of product to departments, adhering to productivity standards</li><li>
Executing store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations functions to ensure consistency of brand experience</li><li>
Identifying efficiency opportunities, to improve processes as well as implement standards and procedures</li><li>
Maintaining a high standard for cleanliness and executing all safety best practices</li><li>
Championing our credit and loyalty programs. Ensuring your team can inform, educate, and promote the benefits and offerings that reward our guest and enhance their shopping experience</li><li>
Understanding and usage of company standard software, systems, and procedures</li><li>
Inspiring and motivating a team through company recognition programs</li><li>
Creating a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul>
 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A BEALLS FLORIDA OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred</li><li>
1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferred</li><li>
Effective interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>
Works well both independently and within a team environment</li><li>
Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently</li><li>
Utilization of Zebra PDA, POS Systems, and Microsoft Office Programs</li><li>
Work varying hours and schedules to include early mornings, mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>
 PHYSICAL DEMANDS:<ul><li>
