Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executives to join our upcoming retail outlet at Patna Airport. The ideal candidate should have prior retail sales experience, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy.</li><li>Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.</li><li>Stay updated with product knowledge and new arrivals.</li><li>Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.</li><li>Handle cash transactions and billing with accuracy.</li><li>Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria:<ul><li>Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).</li><li>Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail sales. Candidates with writing instruments or lifestyle product sales experience will be preferred.</li><li>Freshers: Not eligible.</li><li>Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, or local language is mandatory.</li><li>Other Requirements: Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business needs.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per month
