We provide high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and developmental delays. We offer competitive pay, strong benefits, and a weekly salary structure that provides financial stability and peace of mind.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities and Duties Below you will find some characteristics of the activities required<ul><li>Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments.</li><li>Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.</li><li>Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Therapists.</li><li>Monitor client progress through data analysis and program adjustments.</li><li>Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization.</li><li>Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>Complete clinical documentation</li></ul>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications <ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.</li><li>Current BCBA certification (in good standing) with 2+ years operating as a BCBA preferred.</li><li>Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligibility to obtain licensure as required by state law prior to providing billable services.</li><li>Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism is preferred.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team</li><li>Experience with assessment tools required.</li><li>Must have reliable transportation, including the ability to travel to assigned client residences as required.</li><li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license may be required depending on client assignment. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable law.</li></ul>We value our team!
