Female-Junior Accountant / Admin Location: The Pearl, Lusail &amp; Ain Khalid Gate (Rotational Basis)About Fitness Factory Fitness Factory is a dynamic fitness and recreation centre offering programs for all ages, from youth to adult fitness and specialised training. We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Junior Accountant/Admin to join our team in Lusail. This role combines accounting, administrative support, and client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic fitness environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Duties:<ul><li>Assist with daily accounting entries and bookkeeping</li><li>Record payments, invoices, and expenses accurately</li><li>Prepare daily financial reports across all locations and programs, including cash and bank transfers</li><li>Track refunds, adjustments, and billing corrections</li><li>Identify pending dues and upcoming renewals, supporting collection follow-ups</li><li>Reconcile daily collections with bank statements and receipts</li><li>Prepare basic financial summaries and reports for management</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Client-Facing Duties:<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for clients on-site</li><li>Guide clients from inquiry to enrollment and beyond</li><li>Provide accurate information about programs, pricing, and terms</li><li>Maintain organized digital and physical records</li><li>Support general office administration and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with Lead Admin/Operations Manager (as needed) and front-desk teams for a smooth client experience</li></ul>Role Expectations &amp; Key Outcomes<ul><li>Deliver accurate, timely, and transparent financial reports daily</li><li>Ensure correct billing, payment tracking, and record keeping</li><li>Maintain high customer service standards in a busy, dynamic environment</li><li>Proactively flag discrepancies, pending dues, or client concerns</li><li>Exhibit positive energy, professionalism, and strong people skills at all times</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field</li><li>Minimum of 1&ndash;2 years of experience in accounting, admin, or client service roles</li><li>Good working knowledge of accounting principles and processes.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and office software</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills</li><li>Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Must Be Able To:<ul><li>Reliably commute or relocate to Doha before starting work</li><li>Work across The Pearl, Lusail &amp; Ain Khalid Gate as needed</li></ul>Ready to bring energy, organization, and motivation to our clients and team?Apply Now and be part of the Fitness Factory movement!Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have 1&ndash;2 years of experience in accounting, administrative, or client-facing roles?
