You'll operate specialized equipment, work alongside a skilled team, and build experience in a unique industry that offers long-term career opportunities.The majority of our work is local and regional, meaning you'll be home most nights.Why Join Bear Environmental?<ul><li>Home most nights (approximately 95% of the time)</li><li>Steady, year-round work</li><li>Well-maintained equipment</li><li>Variety in your day &ndash; no repetitive dock-to-dock routes</li><li>Opportunity to learn specialized environmental and industrial service skills</li><li>Team-oriented culture where your contributions are recognized</li><li>Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications</li></ul>What You'll Do<ul><li>Safely operate vacuum tankers, straight vacuum trucks, roll-off trailers, and box trucks</li><li>Transport waste materials in compliance with DOT, EPA, and company requirements</li><li>Complete manifests and required documentation accurately</li><li>Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns</li><li>Interact professionally with customers and job-site personnel</li><li>Assist with environmental cleanup, industrial cleaning, pressure washing, and related field services</li><li>Support confined space entry operations and specialized cleanup projects</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements</li><li>Work closely with operations personnel to complete projects efficiently and safely</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Valid Class A CDL</li><li>Tanker and Hazmat endorsements required</li><li>Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles</li><li>Clean driving record</li><li>Strong commitment to safety and compliance</li><li>Ability to work outdoors and perform physical work as needed</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li><li>Ability to pass required drug screenings and background checks</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Vacuum truck, tanker, or roll-off experience</li><li>Environmental, industrial, construction, or utility industry experience</li><li>Experience working around industrial facilities or job sites</li><li>Comfort using mobile technology and smartphone applications</li></ul>At Bear Environmental, safety isn't just a policy&mdash;it's how we operate every day.
