<div>Beau Dietl &amp; Associates is hiring an experienced Insurance Surveillance Investigator for field-based, person-to-person surveillance on active insurance claims (workers' comp, disability, liability).

This is not a CCTV, camera-monitoring, or static guard post, applicants without direct field surveillance experience will not be considered.

Required Qualifications (must have ALL):
<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of insurance surveillance investigation experience &mdash; conducting live, in-person, mobile surveillance of claimants/subjects</li></ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrated ability to write clear, court-ready Sub Rosa reports</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience covertly following and observing subjects in vehicles and on foot without detection</li></ul>
<ul><li>Own reliable vehicle for surveillance use</li></ul>
<ul><li>Own surveillance camera equipment (video/photo)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Valid driver's license, clean driving record</li></ul>

The Job:
<ul><li>Surveil claimants suspected of insurance fraud</li></ul>
<ul><li>Document activity via covert video/photo evidence</li></ul>
<ul><li>Submit detailed Sub Rosa reports to claims/legal teams</li></ul>
<ul><li>Work independently, often early mornings or irregular hours, tailing subjects to and from locations</li></ul>

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Security Operations &amp; Business Development to oversee all aspects of our South Florida security operations while driving new business growth throughout the region.

The ideal candidate is a former law enforcement executive or senior security professional with extensive experience managing security personnel, overseeing field operations, developing client relationships, and generating new business opportunities.

This is a leadership position for someone who is equally comfortable managing large security teams, meeting with CEOs and property managers, responding to client emergencies, and closing new accounts.

Responsibilities

Operations Leadership
<ul><li>
Oversee daily security operations throughout South Florida</li><li>
Recruit, interview, hire, train, and mentor security personnel</li><li>
Supervise field supervisors and site management teams</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all company policies and Florida licensing requirements</li><li>
Conduct site inspections and quality assurance audits</li><li>
Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and operational coverage</li><li>
Respond to client concerns and operational emergencies</li><li>
Develop post orders and operational procedures</li><li>
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service</li></ul>

Client Management
<ul><li>
Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts</li><li>
Conduct regular client meetings and security reviews</li><li>
Identify opportunities to expand existing services</li><li>
Ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction</li><li>
Resolve service issues quickly and professionally</li></ul>

Business Development
<ul><li>
Develop new business throughout South Florida</li><li>
Build relationships with:</li><li><ul><li>
Commercial real estate firms</li><li>
Property management companies</li><li>
Luxury residential buildings</li><li>
Hospitality organizations</li><li>
Construction companies</li><li>
Healthcare facilities</li><li>
Retail organizations</li><li>

Attend industry and networking events</li><li>
Respond to RFPs and prepare proposals</li><li>
Conduct security assessments for prospective clients</li><li>
Meet or exceed annual sales goals</li><li>
Collaborate with executive leadership on regional growth strategies</li></ul>

Administrative Responsibilities

Prepare operational reports</li><li>
Monitor budgets and profitability</li><li>
Assist with contract pricing</li><li>
Review incident reports and investigations</li><li>
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance</li><li>
Coordinate with HR and executive leadership</li></ul>

Qualifications

Required
<ul><li>
Former law enforcement officer, supervisor, or command-level professional preferred</li><li>
Minimum 10 years of security management or law enforcement leadership experience</li><li>
Minimum 5 years managing security personnel</li><li>
Proven experience overseeing multiple security contracts</li><li>
Demonstrated business development or sales success</li><li>
Excellent leadership and communication skills</li><li>
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities</li><li>
Professional appearance and demeanor</li><li>
Valid driver's license</li><li>
Ability to travel throughout South Florida</li></ul>

Preferred
<ul><li>
Florida Class &quot;B&quot; Security Agency Manager license (or ability to obtain)</li><li>
Experience with executive protection or corporate security</li><li>
Existing network within the South Florida business community</li><li>
Experience with commercial real estate, hospitality, healthcare, or luxury residential security</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field</li></ul>
