We are looking for a Client Coordinator for our front desk who can perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will need to have experience in a medical spa or similar setting. You will be responsible for all front desk daily tasks, including answering phones, checking in/out clients, scheduling, maintaining overall cleanliness of the clinic, and selling products/services. Flexibility in handling last-minute changes effectively is essential for streamlining office operations. Strong multitasking and organizational skills are a must. Additionally, you will be responsible for content creation for our social media platforms.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office</li><li>Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls</li><li>Ensure the clinic is clean and presentable at all times</li><li>Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email</li><li>Manage client appointments and memberships</li><li>Follow up on new leads</li><li>Take before and after photos/room clients for appointments as needed</li><li>Provide superior customer service to our clients</li><li>Responsible for sales of products/services/memberships, identifying the best fit for each client</li><li>Create social media posts and stories daily</li><li>Conduct business outreach to generate new leads</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Proven work experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets/Docs, etc.</li><li>Professional attitude and appearance</li><li>Articulate and well-spoken</li><li>Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks</li><li>A cheerful, customer service-oriented attitude</li><li>Sales experience preferred</li><li>Social media background</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>10 hour shift</li><li>8 hour shift</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Corona, CA 92883 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
