Social Media &amp; Brand Communication AssistantComprehensive Sourcing Solutions is a korean- based skincare based company who is looking to expand their social/ PR team.Key responsibilitiesInfluencer Marketing &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and engage influencer talent and content creators aligned with brand values</li><li>Coordinate brand content communities, including talent discovery, communications, product fulfillment, and content tracking</li><li>Support the end-to-end influencer campaign process, including planning, deliverables, briefing, usage rights, posting guidelines, and performance reporting</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with the brand&rsquo;s roster of influencers and content creators</li><li>Maintain and organize influencer content libraries and asset management systems</li><li>Manage and regularly update influencer contact and outreach databases</li><li>Support influencer outreach initiatives and oversee product seeding and gifting logistics</li><li>Collaborate on the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns</li><li>Monitor influencer content to ensure brand alignment and analyze engagement and performance metrics</li><li>Managing influencer contracts</li><li>Assist with Bazaarvoice management</li></ul>Brand Communications &amp; PR<ul><li>Contribute to the development of brand communication strategies, delivering engaging, on-brand campaigns for our customer segment</li><li>Work with team to analyze campaign performance, insights, and data to inform future initiatives and drive commercial outcomes and return on investment (ROI)</li><li>Support the ideation, planning, and execution of brand partnerships and customer activations that increase brand awareness and drive revenue, as needed</li><li>Identify and pitch event and community activation opportunities that elevate brand presence, managing end-to-end research, planning, and execution</li><li>Assist to deliver comprehensive event recaps, including content capture and post-event performance reporting</li><li>Monitor industry trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to engage customers and maintain a competitive edge</li></ul>Content Creation &amp; Social Media Support<ul><li>Capture UGC- style photos and videos of skincare products (lifestyle and product shots)</li><li>Assist with creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms</li><li>Edit videos and graphics using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar</li><li>Brainstorm creative content ideas that connect with the beauty industry</li><li>Comfortable being on camera</li></ul>Must Have Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>2-3 years&rsquo; experience managing brand communications, influencer marketing, and/or PR for direct-to-consumer brands (experience in the beauty industry is preferred)</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Event coordination and execution experience</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively and stay organized across multiple projects</li><li>Comfortable using shared documents and spreadsheets for collaboration, tracking, and reporting &middot; Deep understanding of TikTok, social algorithms, and digital trends &middot; Comfortable acting as on-screen talent &middot; Highly organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable managing tight timelines. &middot; Positive, energetic team player with a creative, solutions-oriented mindset</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Creative thinker with fresh ideas</li><li>Self-starter who can take initiative</li><li>Someone excited to grow</li><li>Strong communication and time management skill</li></ul>Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
