We are a busy Esthetician Spa (Skin Care) seeking a receptionist who would like to join a fun and energetic team that is dedicated to delivering the best in skin care coupled with a spa like experience.Qualifications<ul><li>Bi-Lingual in Spanish/English</li><li>Intermediate Computer Skills (Square training provided)</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Tuesday - Saturday</li><li>10:00 am &ndash; 8:00 pm with some flexibility dependent on bookings</li></ul>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Greeting clients and Hospitality</li><li>Completing checkout transactions in Square</li><li>Booking appointments</li><li>Reviewing next day schedule to ensure credit card is on file</li><li>Confirming next day appointments for those not automatically confirmed</li><li>Receiving product inventory and logging into Square</li><li>Social Media - InstaGram proficiency desirable</li><li>Folding robes and towels</li><li>Client e-mail monitoring, screening, responses</li></ul>Please check us out at IG spalife26_Note that additional compensation (commissions and increase in hourly rate) is available to you once you learn the procedures and develop the ability to sell packages.
