As a Salon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional salon environment. Your responsibilities will include:Client &amp; Front-Desk Management<ul><li>Greet clients with a warm and professional demeanor.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle check-ins/check-outs and manage appointment scheduling.</li></ul><ul><li>Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and salon inquiries in a timely manner.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and promotions.</li></ul>Booking &amp; Reception Operations<ul><li>Manage bookings through the salon&rsquo;s booking system.</li></ul><ul><li>Confirm upcoming appointments and send reminders.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle cancellations or rescheduling with efficiency and professionalism.</li></ul>Point-of-Sale &amp; Transactions<ul><li>Process payments, issue receipts, and balance the cash drawer.</li></ul><ul><li>Upsell retail products and service add-ons when appropriate.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain accurate transaction records.</li></ul>Client Experience &amp; Support<ul><li>Maintain a clean and organized reception area.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide clients with product recommendations and basic information.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with client concerns or escalate to management as needed.</li></ul>Administrative Support<ul><li>Manage client databases and update contact information.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with stylists, technicians, and management on schedules.</li></ul><ul><li>Support basic administrative duties as required</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>salon receptionist: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>
