We are #Hiring an HR GeneralistJob Description:* Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely disbursement to all employees.* Leave Management &amp; Settlements: Administer and process employee leave requests, including calculating and settling final dues for resigned or terminated staff.* Time &amp; Attendance: Calculate and manage employee working hours, including the accurate computation of overtime pay in accordance with legal requirements.* HRMS Administration: Utilize and maintain the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) for streamlined data management and payroll functions.* End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB): Accurately calculate and process employee end-of-service benefits as mandated by local regulations.* Legal Compliance: Maintain comprehensive working knowledge and ensure strict adherence to the Bahrain Labour Law.Interested/Relevant Candidates can send their CVs to hr@bakgroup.netJob Type: Full-timePay: BD350.000 - BD410.000 per month
