Our family-owned business and excellent suburban location is just part of the draw to our CLEAR company culture!RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.</li><li>Maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles.</li><li>Prepares license and title documents.</li><li>Prepares tax documents as needed.</li><li>Submits all legal transfer documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles.</li><li>Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder is listed before processing title applications.</li><li>Prepares payoff checks for trade-ins.</li><li>Assist to administer auction title processing as needed.</li><li>Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the comptroller at the end of month.</li><li>Processes vehicle purchases.</li><li>Processes yearly renewal of dealer tags in conjunction with office manager.</li><li>Stays abreast of title regulations. Attends seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available training on title regulations as requested by management.</li><li>Work with finance director, managers, and all sales personnel whenever regulations change.</li><li>Reconcile monthly schedules.</li><li>Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.</li><li>Other tasks as assigned.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:&middot; Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.&middot; Superb customer service skills with the proven ability to resolve customer service issues and ability to follow through entire process with customer.&middot; Professional, demonstrates initiative, resourceful, strong problem-solving skills&middot; Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and efficient typing and writing skills.&middot; Strong organizational expertise and an attention to detail.Our family-owned and operated business has proudly served its community for 54 years within our LEED certified dealership.
