The Global Digital Operations Architect for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for global architecture and strategy of digital operations ecosystem, technical solution design and leadership of digital operations projects in pursuit of Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 principles.
This position is part of the Global Digital Operations Department located in Chaska MN and will be an onsite role. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Digital Operations Team and report to the Director of Global Systems Test and Innovation Engineering responsible for Digital Transformation of Beckman Coulter Dx Manufacturing Factories. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:<ul><li>
Architect global IIoT/OT connectivity solutions integrating GxP manufacturing equipment into validated, real-time digital ecosystems to drive productivity, compliance, and 21 CFR Part 11/820 traceability.</li><li>
Lead cross-functional global teams to deliver smart factory tools that achieve KPIs in OEE, quality, and real-time release (RTR).</li><li>
Design and implement enterprise IIoT architecture leveraging standardized protocols (OPC UA, MQTT/Sparkplug B), edge gateways, and cloud platforms for sustainable connectivity.</li><li>
Develop and deploy global standards for equipment onboarding, secure data pipelines, and digital device history records (DHR).</li><li>
Govern adoption of standards, processes, and technology aligned with medical device regulations (FDA, EU MDR, ISO 13485) and the enterprise smart factory roadmap</li></ul>
The essential requirements of the job include:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, or applicable computer science, software engineer, or equivalent Engineering discipline and 20+ years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree in field with 15+ years of experience.</li><li>
Expert in software development and deployment as it applies to regulated operations and production execution environments.</li><li>
Expert in Lean principles applied through digital solutions in driving operational excellence.</li><li>
Proven global program leadership &ndash; delivering enterprise IIoT solutions across sites, functions, and vendors.</li><li>
Must be able to travel up to 20% to both Beckman and supplier/vendor sites.</li></ul>
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:<ul><li>
Development and deployment of end to end digital solutions, i.e. manufacturing execution systems.</li><li>
Expertise in full-stack architecting Data governance, modeling, APIs, and frontend / backend development.</li><li>
Effective project management (agile / scrum), stakeholder communication, solution architecture, and root cause analysis.</li></ul>
The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $150K-$170K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for developing and expanding strategic partnerships with key decision-makers within the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the broader healthcare ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning Beckman Coulter Diagnostics as a trusted partner in laboratory and diagnostic solutions.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>
Strategic Account Management: 
Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across MOH hospitals, laboratories, and affiliated healthcare facilities. 
Understand customer needs, strategic priorities, and clinical goals to deliver tailored diagnostic solutions.</li><li>
Sales &amp; Revenue Growth:

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales within the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), medical devices, or healthcare sector, ideally in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>
Proven success managing large governmental or institutional accounts, preferably MOH or healthcare clusters.</li><li>
Strong network and understanding of Saudi healthcare procurement and decision-making processes.</li><li>
