About the Role</h3>
The Application Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our customers by delivering expert-level training, troubleshooting, and ongoing clinical support for Beckman Coulter&rsquo;s diagnostic instruments and test menu. As the frontline partner for laboratories across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you&rsquo;ll ensure our end-users maximize the performance of their systems and receive the best-in-class service Beckman Coulter is known for.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3>
Technical &amp; Clinical Support<ul><li>
Provide field-based support across assigned territory for Beckman Coulter&rsquo;s diagnostic platforms and reagents.</li><li>
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to parameters, calibration, and quality control.</li><li>
Deliver high-quality training to both end-users and internal field teams.</li><li>
Support channel partner representatives and customers with clinical expertise and best practices.</li></ul>
Customer Engagement &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratory stakeholders and decision-makers.</li><li>
Drive test menu expansion and promote Beckman Coulter&rsquo;s full product portfolio.</li><li>
Lead onsite training during new installations and ensure consistent clinical follow-up for installed base.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Service and Sales teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.</li></ul>
Project Implementation &amp; Quality Initiatives<ul><li>
Support clinical aspects of implementation projects.</li><li>
Assist with External Quality Control Programs (e.g., RIQAS) and support customers in quality assurance initiatives.</li><li>
Occasionally provide remote technical support via phone/email.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You Bring</h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Laboratory, or a related field</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in the diagnostics or clinical laboratory industry</li><li>
Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in troubleshooting laboratory equipment</li><li>
Fluent in Arabic and English</li><li>
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including end-users, distributors, and procurement officers</li><li>
Flexibility to travel extensively and operate independently in the field</li><li>
Deep knowledge of the Saudi healthcare and diagnostics market is highly preferred</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

The position is primarily responsible to support Beckman Coulter&rsquo;s customers by educating the end-users on BCI test menu and instruments and providing the needed technical support, Training and troubleshooting, within the specified territory of Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:<ul><li>
Determines technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications.</li><li>
Diagnoses and resolves technical issues (parameters, calibration and quality control).</li><li>
Develops and delivers product training to end users as well as supporting field associates (sales and service).</li><li>
Attend internal or external meetings related to Beckman Coulter product portfolio.</li><li>
Support Channel Partners field associates and customers with clinical expertise.</li><li>
Develop and support customer in regard to External Quality Control (CAP &amp; RIQAS).</li><li>
Ensure Installed Base receives adequate clinical support &amp; support the Channel Partners when needed</li><li>
Build long term relationships with the end users in his assigned territory by meeting customer needs</li><li>
Expanding the test menu and product portfolio of Beckman Coulter International</li><li>
Conducting onsite training for the new installations and ensure Installed Base receives adequate clinical support</li><li>
Support the implementation of projects on the clinical side.</li><li>
Occasionally support customers over the phone</li><li>
Works closely with both Service and sales team</li><li>
Coordinating and support the customer evaluation and validation of products.</li><li>
Assisting customers in the interpretation of test results</li><li>
Support the implementation of TLA projects</li><li>
Support the customer in accreditation process</li><li>
On field support 80% with Relocation felixbility as business needs.</li></ul>
The essential requirements of the job include:
<ul><li>B. Sc. degree in Life Sciences, medical Lab</li><li>
Diagnostic/ Laboratory experience.</li><li>
Clinical and commercial driven individual</li><li>
Fluent in English &amp; Arabic</li><li>
Ability to build excellent relationships with the different stakeholders including end-users, purchasing agents, Distributors.</li><li>
Highly agile and flexible as extensive travel is required</li><li>
Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market</li></ul>
