Job DescriptionWe are looking for a professional bartender with outstanding communication skills and a friendly demenor to serve beverages to members of a private country club. The Bartender will greet members, learn about their preferences, answer questions, and prepare and serve beverages and food.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcoming members, reading and listening to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders</li><li>Planning drink menus and informing members about new beverages and specials</li><li>Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages</li><li>Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bars are well-stocked</li><li>Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations</li><li>Maintaining a clean work area by removing trash, cleaning bar area, and washing glasses, and equipment</li><li>Developing new cocktail recipes</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol</li><li>Availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Strong task and time management abilities.</li><li>Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.</li></ul>Job Types: Seasonal, Part-time, Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>10 hour shift</li><li>12 hour shift</li><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Evening shift</li></ul>Work Location: In person
