In this role, you&rsquo;ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, and will be responsible for developing various visual assets that resonate with our audience while maintaining our brand&rsquo;s voice and vision. This includes contributing to our visual content creation, including catalog design, flyer &amp; mailer design, and creating digital graphics.<br>

Able to clearly communicate Bee Green's Mission &amp; Core Values in all branding, content, and company communications</li><li>
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.</li><li>
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of graphic design work.</li><li>
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>
Strong communication and organizational skills.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li>
Design and produce visual materials for marketing campaigns, digital advertisements, social media, and print materials.</li><li>
Work closely with the marketing team to create cohesive designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.</li><li>
Ensure brand consistency across all graphic materials.</li><li>
Manage the entire design process from concept to final production, including pre-press processes and coordination with print vendors.</li><li>
Ensure all designs meet quality and brand standards as well as budget and timeline constraints.</li><li>
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design and print technologies to continually enhance our offerings.</li><li>
Use in-house printing equipment to print signage and printing equipment.
</li><li>Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
