Beegains Academy is an offshoot of Beegains Technology Solutions, a 360 degree digital solutions provider, who deals with reputed national and international clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Curriculum &amp; Instruction: Lead engaging training sessions and workshops covering both static design and dynamic video editing.</li><li>Portfolio Review: Provide constructive, high-level feedback on student projects to help them reach industry standards.</li><li>Technical Guidance: Troubleshoot workflow issues in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools (Figma, DaVinci Resolve).</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience.</li><li>Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, plus strong skills in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.</li><li>Communication: The ability to explain complex concepts in simple, relatable terms.</li><li>Soft Skills: Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others grow professionally.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
