The role involves reaching out to potential clients, promoting our freight and shipping services, generating leads, and converting them into business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain NVOCC services and understand their logistics needs.</li><li>Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.</li><li>Follow up with existing leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.</li><li>Coordinate with sales and operations teams to provide accurate information to customers.</li><li>Maintain records of all interactions and update CRM systems regularly.</li><li>Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead conversion targets.</li><li>Handle customer queries regarding shipment schedules, documentation, rates, and services.</li><li>Promote import/export FCL/LCL services via ocean freight.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and service updates.</li></ul>Requirements:-<ul><li>Experience required : 1+ years of proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or in logistics sales (NVOCC experience preferred).</li><li>Qualification - Any degree</li><li>Knowledge of freight forwarding, ocean freight, and container logistics.</li><li>Strong communication and persuasion skills.</li><li>Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

<ul><li>Experience required : 2+ years as UAE Heavy Duty Driver</li><li>Operate heavy trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently to assigned destinations.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery and collection of cargo as per the logistics schedule.</li><li>Follow assigned routes and comply with delivery instructions provided by the dispatch or transport manager.</li><li>Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.</li><li>Check fuel, oil, tires, brakes, and other essential components to ensure roadworthiness.</li><li>Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately to the maintenance department.</li><li>Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery records, fuel receipts, and inspection reports.</li><li>Ensure all transport documents (delivery notes, invoices, etc.) are properly signed and returned.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies, UAE transport regulations, and road safety rules.</li><li>Ensure proper loading and unloading of cargo to prevent damage or loss.</li><li>Secure loads using appropriate safety equipment (straps, locks, etc.).</li><li>Verify cargo quantity and condition during pick-up and delivery.</li><li>Drive responsibly and maintain a clean driving record.</li><li>Follow all traffic laws, speed limits, and company safety protocols.</li><li>Refrain from any behavior that could risk personal safety or company reputation.</li><li>Maintain communication with dispatchers, supervisors, and warehouse staff during trips.</li><li>Report any delays, accidents, or route deviations immediately.</li><li>Cooperate with security and customs personnel during inspections.</li><li>Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working condition.</li><li>Return company property (vehicle, fuel card, documents, etc.) upon request or at the end of employment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
